Swarovski Elements recently released some new BeCharmed beads to their already spectacular line.  These large-hole beads are a popular gift idea for yet another year.  You can buy the beads to add to an existing bracelet but I wanted to try out some other uses for these beautiful beads.  Swarovski shared on their Create Your Style site, a bunch of exciting design ideas (found here and here) and this bracelet was inspired by one of them.

With varying shades of black and grey and purple, this bracelet would make a great accessory to any holiday party and a cherished gift! By pairing the large-hole beads with 6 mm bicones, the bicones “lock” the bead into place and prevent it from moving on the thin wire.  I also used TierraCast bead caps to accomplish the same effect by placing them on backwards next to the large-hole bead.  They end up looking like little crowns and really compliment the spiky crystal beads.
